hey new to insanity and had a quick question. can i pick 2-3 dishes and alternate between them? more cost and time effective or thats a big no no?

I suppose as long as they provide enough nutritional variety it should be ok. I think people tend to try more than 2 or 3 because up to 2 months of the same dishes would drive most people INSANEemoticon

Yeah, you definitely don't have to use all of the different recipes. You can find what works for you and do that. Personally, I didn't make many of the recipes in the guide, but found foods I liked and fit into my calorie goal and the percentages of protein/carbs/fat that I needed to hit. That worked really well for me.
