Hey whats up(My measurements are 5,5' 165lbs/Male/ and im 32 years of age)...Its been a while and Ive finished p90X2 going 1800-2000 cal a day and 50% protein/25%carbs/25%Fat.......Its been now i would like to Hybrid wwith insanity and p90z2....I want to go 4-5 times a week doing insanity tice a week....how should i change my diet(increase calories) and diet composition(percentage carbs for the cardio involved)....again I would like to go down to about 11%/10% body fat whats the best way to go about this...Your opinion...Thanks for all your helps and tips they were very helpful!!!

Hey Sean,

A P90X/Insanity hybrid is a great way to go. I calculate you should be around 2100 calories given your numbers. Start out there and adjust after a few weeks if you feel you need it. I have done multiple hybrids and can help answer questions you have. Just shoot them out...
