Guess I'll go first emoticon

I'm Shannon, I am a Health, Fitness and Nutrition student working on my degree, I am also working on my certifications in Nutrition and Wellness, Fitness Instructor and my CPTN Certification. I work semi full time, I'm a mother of a teen going to college in September who is also taking the same degree as me and I'm also a wife so busy busy.

With the help of Greg, I have to date lost 54 pounds and went from 34% body fat to 17.9% and way to many inches to count.

The program I will be doing in Asylum V2 which ends mid December, but will be extending it two weeks to make it a full 6 week program and January 1 I am hosting a Fit Club in my home and we will be doing Les Mills Combat, during my 60 days doing Combat I will also be integrating some Body Beast into my routine.

My goal is to drop to 17% body fat and to ensure I have my smokin hot bod to show off at the Beachbody conference in Toronto with Shaun T !!!!

Hi,

My name is Amy, I work full time running a rehab clinic for pediatric brain injury plus a little part time job starting a new construction business, single mom of 2 small children 3 and 6 , very busy. I have gained back 10 pounds out of losing 120 in the past 2 years I want to get back off. I have been a slacker. I am doing post graduate studies and wound up in the hospital last month mystery illness (probably stress) and with 2 jobs and 2 kids exercise took the back seat.

I will be doing P90X/Turbo fire hybrid with a little insanity thrown in when I am bored. I ordered the new Les Mills combat and Hip Hop Abs recently so I will throw those in 2 so a variety. I just need to get back in my routine emoticon

I'm Michelle...active duty AF, just passed my 15 year mark. I've had weight issues since I had my second baby 10 years ago. I am now at my highest weight ever and need to turn the focus from work and family to me, at least for the beginning. I am in charge of the laboratory in our hospital. Full time work, plus some on-call, married mother of two. My children are now old enough to help take care of themselves for an hour or two so that I can get my workouts in. My goal is to lose 20 lbs, become more fit and of course pass my PT test. I will be using the Insanity program. I look forward to this challenge and the end result. Hello everyone, my name is Krystal. I have been working with the beach body programs for about two years now. My issue is my weight has a yo yo effect. I will get where I want to be then slack off and gain it back. I need to get fit and stay fit. I am going wedding dress shopping in less than a year so my goal is to get to where I want to be by this time and then I will have the motivation to keep my results because what bride doesn't want to fit in their wedding dress. My goal is to lose at least 20 lbs and get into better physical health for my future with my fiance and our future to have a family. I will be doing turbo fire I have actually already started this past monday but it is a five month program so I will be doing it through the whole 90 days. Good lucky everyone, hope we all get to our goals.

Hi everyone! My name is Cindy, I'm 54 years old and have been using a wide variety of Beach Body products for several years now. Greg has been my coach for quite some time and keeps me motivated with the support and workout requests. I have been married for 35 years and have 2 grown sons and 2 grandchildren plus a daughter and son in law who my husband and I both adore!! I'm an RN and am still working part time in Emerg plus I'm on a team that is helping to incorporate a new electronic charting system into our deptartment plus I'm the senior nurse representative on our Emergency Care Team. I mentor student nurses and new staff also in Er along with several other senior nurses as we are the regional teaching hospital where I live. My weight is pretty stable and I've gotten excellent results with Beach Body. I love the encouragement and motivation of the challenge groups.I thought the Dec 1 start was a typo and Greg meant Jan 1!!! What a good way to prevent holiday wt gain! Anyway I don't have a primary program really, I alternate between Tony Horton's programs,LMP and Body Beast and Turbo Fire. I work out every day, I do aerobics three times a week, wt training 3 times a week and yoga one day. Glad to meet everyone and looking forward to being part of this challenge group!

Hey guys, i'm Xenia, I actually just completed the Asylum today, so for the first week of December I will be doing recovery which will consist mostly of Relief and substituting Agility and Speed for running (I do miss my running). Once my recovery week is over I am hitting it hard with asylum/p90x hybrid.
My goals are to lose weight, while building muscle, basically just feel good about myself. Looking forward to this challenge!

Hi Everyone,
My name is Sarah. I am a full-time school teacher as well as a mother of two, and a wife. My children are 5 years old and 18 months old. My goal is simply to be a better version of me. Part of that journey includes getting in the best shape of my life. Currently I have not come close to that since I have had children but I know I have it in me to be faster, stronger and a great role model for my children and students. I will be working on p90x. This will be my second time completing the program since I do need to take my workouts to the gym. I simple can not get the mental focus at home that I need. I will also include 3 body rock workouts that I will complete at work with a co-worker of mine. I am looking forward to workout with all of you!

Hi, my name is Sarah. I'm a mother of three boys ages, 8, almost 7, and a 4 year old. I teach preschool two times a week, a full time student working on bachelors, and also work at a Inn and Spa 25 plus hours a week. I will be using the insanity, P90X and also the asylum videos, I have looked at a few to purchase just to give me more of a variety. My goal is to lose 20lbs within the next 6 months, hoping I can in 3. I used to belong to a Crossfit gym and loved the family like atmosphere, but LOVE my beach body workouts more. I hope this challenge gives me e support and the support you all need to stay focused and reach our goals. Good luck to all of you.

Hello everyone,
My name is Diana and it's time for me to get back on track. After the summer I found myself distracted and got out of my regular routine. My goal is to get back on track and the next 90 days will be a jump start to that. I will be starting off with Les Mils Body Pump for the first 30 days. For the next 60 my Les Mils Combat should be here. I also plan on a 20 minute up hill power walk on my treadmill (level 12)before each workout. See you all tomorrow in the gym!emoticon

Hello everyone,

My name is Deon and I'm an active duty Soldier, U.S. Army with 19 years and counting down! We're a dual military family with three kids 19, 14, and 11. I'm a yo-yo dieter and lazy. I will work out, lose weight and inches, look awesome for a few months, then start to put it back on. I did the minimum to meet the Army's weight requirement, but never pushed myself. Just like many people, I saw the Insanity infomercials late at night and decided to try it. Two rounds later and a few Army related hiccups my body figured it out. The pain wasn't going away so I begin to melt and get toned. I love working out now and eating clean is a habit now. If I don't stop I won't have to start again!

Greg has been a motivating factor during my fitness journey and I appreciate his time and support. I started TurboFire after Insanity and had to stop to let both hamstrings heal. Im ready to give Chalene another try and continue to eat clean and press play. I'm 5'7" and my current weight is 175lbs at 30% body fat according to my last weigh and tape in late Oct. My goal weight is 150lbs and 22 to 25% body fat. I love my curves and just want to stop the jiggles. Good luck to everyone and let's kick butt!

Hi there, my name is Katharine. I live in Toronto and am 48 years old. I've been doing some of the Beachbody workouts on and off for a couple of years and Greg has been a great coach for some months now.

For this Challenge I'll be doing the P90X - am a bit more focused on reducing inches than weight at this point - I managed to lose some weight over the summer just by reducing portion size and paying attention to when I was full. So now I want to focus in on real fitness, building muscle and cardio capacity, and cutting down "the jiggles" as Deon says emoticon

Looking forward to working out with you all!

Welcome Shannon, Cindy, both Sarah's, KJ, Michelle, Amy, Kath,Diana, Krystal, Xenia and Deon thanks for taking the time to introduce yourself and let us know your program and goals. This is going to be a great challenge for us all with great results hence the name results r us. By now you should have taken your measurement and before pictures.

Make sure you are keeping a meal journal as well as a workout general for each program and don't forget to posted work's and meal on the thread.

My goals for the challenge is to lose 15 lbs and take my bodyfat from 13% to 8% lb and getting the wash board abs I deserve.. Yesterday's workout was Spinning 35 mins, Les Mills Pump Flow and Hardcore abs.

Meals egg whites, shave sirlion, sweet potatoe fries, shakeology (the best meal of the day), chicken salad sandwich and slamon with spinach for dinner.

Meal 1-- Shakeology and a banana
Meal 2-- clementine, cucumber, cherry tomatoes
Meal 3-- quinoa with chickpeas and tomato with dessert tofu
Meal 4-- Jamieson energy bar
Meal 5-- veggie salami on quinoa bread
Meal 6-- mixed green salad with all the fixings with balsamic vinegar

yesterday was my day off, sorry didn't post!. Did my measurements this morning waist 28.5, hips 38, legs, 21.5. Those are the ones I care about I would like to take an inch ff waist and hips 1/2 off legs. I always have "stocky" muscular legs so I have no high hoes there.

My food is logged on My fitness pal user name amfaery, I think my diary is public so I wont be posting it 2 places too time consuming. I also want to lose 8 pounds then maintain. I am a yo yo as well gain and lose the same 8-10 all the time. I think I try to go lower then I screw up my body does not like to go below 130 for some reason I get super hungry and blow it and low energy so I am taking a new approach to get back there between 130-133 and stay there

Just got hip hop abs in the mail last night so the plan is to try 2 of the workouts today, I think total body burn and hips, buns abd thighs for today. I am supposed to do P90X legs and back but I am not feeling Tony today and want to try my new workout, actually excited.

I am out of here get some work done so i can hang with Shawn T emoticon have a great Sunday

yesterday was my rest day, today i ran for 30 minutes at 5.6 speed and then did some BBL.
I track my meals at myfitnesspal, it's just easier for me. my total net calories for today was 1695

I did P90X - XStretch this morning.

Meal 1 – 8 egg whites with tomatoes salad mix and a grapefruit
Meal 2 – 2 slices of pizza (just cleaning out the fridge Greg)
Meal 3 – 1 Green apple with trail mix
Meal 4 - Salad with Italian dressing

317lbs, waist 48, Body Fat 29.
