Two short answers: work out when you can. And drink shakelogy whenever you want

Lots of people work out in the morning. Some before breakfast, some after breakfast. Some workout at lunch. Some during their kids' nap time. Some when they get home after work and some even after dinner. As a general rule you should finish working out a few hours before you go to bed.
The point is to push play every day

(I'm not a morning person, but I get up early to knock out my workout because if I wait until later int he day, it never gets done.)
As far as Shakeology, I drink it every day for breakfast. Sometimes, I also have it for a snack. It is roughly 300 calories (when you add milk), so it is a very healthy option. I find I like it every morning. I think the B vitamins in it give me a little extra boost in the morning.
A lot of people drink recovery drinks after a hard workout to replenish electrolytes and proteins that you sweat out during the workout. Some drink water, gatorade, or recovery protein shakes (like shakeology). Chocolate milk works too. You don't have to have a recovery drink.
I am usually starving after I workout, so I have a little snack usually - like a sliced apple, glass of milk and a lot of water. Or I will have a sandwich or some oatmeal. Or sometimes, I drink water and go about my day. There is a 2 hour window that follows working out where your body is primed to receive good nutrients more efficiently, so bottom line, try to put something healthy in your body during that time.
Good luck!
