Hi there! I plan to start Insanity on Monday, Dec.3rd and I'm nervous and excited at the same time. I intend to post my progress everyday.

I'm a busy mom of two and have a full time job as well. So my messages will be short, but I hope it will keep me motivated.

It's okay to be nervous! I was nervous starting Insanity too. Being in an accountability group is exactly what got me through it, so you're doing the right thing emoticon

congrats on deciding to start the insanity and reach your goals (whatever they may be). try not to be so nervous, the first few days will be tough and humbiling but push through and it will lead to a very rewarding road.

Hey Beans! I'm a working mom of two and fit Insanity in!!! Happily, the first month has short workouts (though nice and hard!!!!). Good luck and enjoy!! It's a fun program and you'll have great results!!

My goals:
1. Complete the 60 day challenge.
2. Lose at least 1 inch off my hips, waist and thighs.
3. Go from 120 lbs to 110 - 112 lbs
4. Get in the habit of 5 small meals a day

If you stick to your first goal - complete the 60 day challenge - you will be surprised at your results on the other 3. Keep to your goal and stick to your nutrition and you will do great.

My goal when I first did P90X was to just finish. I was shocked at my results but even more, so proud of myself for finishing!

Dont be nervous, dont expect perfection. Push play everyday, use a tool to watch and journal your diet.

Congratulations on making this decision to have a healthier lifestyle.

I felt the same when I was about to start Insanity for the first time too! During the first week I wondered what I had gotten myself into lol...but after week one I was feeling so great I didnt think so much about how hard it was!! Just do the best you can, finish each workout and you will feel awesome!!
