Awesome...you are on your way! Remember to stay focused on your goals, eat per the plan (this is key to your success) and push play every time you are scheduled to. Don't worry about keeping up with the kids on the DVD...modify where you need to until you progress. You will be sore but that is normal and honestly a great feeling. Drink plenty of water and get your rest.

Shoot me any questions as I am here to help.

Question pls re Plyo - I was doing the full P90X routine for about a year then tore some shoulder tissue (just had surgery to repair). For the past 9 months the only routine I've been able to do (given the bum shoulder) has been Plyo. I do it six days a week. I know it's not ideal but is there any downside to doing this one routine six times a week? I find it's a great cardio workout and, since I can't do any of the others, it's better than doing nothing. or is it??????

oconneld - so sorry to hear about your surgery...how long is the recovery period and when did the doctor say you could get back to a more varied workout routine? Doing anything is much better than nothing so that is goodness. How about mixing it up with some other cardio workouts? Do you have any others such as Insanity or another one? Do you get bored or not? By doing the same workout each and every time your body is getting accustomed to it and while it will build up cardio endurance and strength in the muscles that are being worked, you are not working out your other muscles. I find that when I do a certain cardio routine for a while and then go away from it to another one, I feel different muscles being worked. An example is Plyo and Plyocide in P90X2. Both X type of cardio workouts but I feel them both very differently. Insanity workouts are more intense and I feel those much more in my legs.

My suggestion is to mix it up to challenge yourself both physically and mentally if you can. If you can only do Plyo then like I said earlier it is much better than nothing.

Hope this helps...
