Hello,
I was wondering what would be all the equipment I would need for the p90x program. I am so ready to shed this weight. I have a decent supply of equipment ( door pull up bar, resistance bands, bench press, dumbbells 19 to 40lbs). So was just wondering what else I would need to get before starting. Thanks again.

Chris

I also have another thread I could use help on its.here

The only thing I noticed you may be missing is a yoga mat, but you can pick one up at any sporting goods store for $10 or $15. You definitely need one, as you don't want to skip the yoga workout (it will increase your flexibility and range of motion significantly, which will make all of the other workouts much more effective).

Congrats on starting with P90X! Besides the equipment-which you have besides the mentioned yoga mat-I recommend printing out the workout sheets so you can track your weights and reps. Also have you done the fit test? Taken your before pictures and measurements?

When do you plan to start?

Bring it! emoticon

Hi there! Your fit test is the first DVD that you do from P90X, it's included with your program and will tell you if you're conditioned enough to do the workout program.
