Swedish Teen 90 day progression
Started at 111 pounds
Weigh in today: 126.7 pounds
Length 167 cm or 5'6

So i finished Body beast, had to skip the last Beast week because my forearms hurt when i lift heavy.

A little background, was overweight, lost 55 pounds and now starting to bulk up.

My skeleton and muscles still arent fully developed so i cant develop muscles like a grown man.

Yet im 19 years old, but ive got Gluten Intolerance.

I dont see that big of a difference.


This is before i started bulking and Body Beast, i was skinny fat

Maybe you should have taken pictures from all different angles such as your back, sides and legs. I can see some progress; however, I think you would have noticed more if you had other pictures. Your weight sounds low for your height and gender.

Yeah i slacked abit on the pictures, as i said in the first post, my body isnt fully developed.
Im a "late bloomer" so thats why i dont weigh as much.

you can see some difference in your arms, but you really need to hit your chest with some weight. did you follow the diet plan? what were you using for equipment?

No i didnt follow the diet plan, we dont have all things on the diet plan in Sweden.
I still get my Protein and caloric surplus.
I use dumbells, barbell, ez curl bar, 2 different benches and bands.
I try to add 2 pounds every week to most exercises except shoulder press because thats slow as shit.
