Good Luck! I am in the 3rd month. I have added in more cardio as I felt pretty "thick" (although no weight gain so to speak) during Bulk Phase. I was aware going in that this would happen. I have pretty well figured out the eating part of it, and I love eating 2,200 calories per day.
I do the scheduled Beast Pahse workout one day, but the next I will do cardio. That may be Beast cardio, a Turbo Jam DVD, or a Chalean Extreme cardio DVD. The Tempo DVDs and Beast Total Body also get my HR up.
I know you didn't ask for advice, but I just wanted to sharewhat I've learned doing this prgram so far. I LOVE Body Beast and hopefully you will, too!
