I just wanted to know if what I'm eating is alright for me to lose fat and the last 5 pounds.I would especially like to get abs and I know that abs are made in the kitchen.Here is my diet.Is there anything wrong with it?

Post AM Workout:Whey protein shake and skim milk
Breakfast:half an orange, grapes
Snack:kashi chocolate chip cookie
Lunch:fish, tuna, or grilled chicken with turkey sausage salad no dressing
Snack:fiber plus bar
Snack:fiber plus bar
Dinner:same as lunch

I do les mills pump and zumba for an hour, alternating days.I've lost 4.4 lbs in two weeks and have gained muscle but I want to make sure I can lose those last 5 lbs.Any advice is greatly appreciated!

Your diet seems to desperately be missing fat.
Also, I tend to shy away from processed food to stick to whole foods as much as possible, I find it more satiating and that losing BF is easier that way.

From first glance, you don't seem to be eating enough. Or at least enough real food. You need a healthy balance of fat, carbs and protein.

Eat frequently and drink lots of water. Plus, ensure that your workouts are challenging and really push your limits. Use your engine to burn those last pounds away.

Don't eat anything after 7 or 8 pm. No snacks.

And don't give up. Those last 5 can sometimes take over a month to burn off.

One last thing, you might also have to accept that your body has reached its safe and healthy size. We can only push ourselves so far until the body says "hold on a second". emoticon

Post Am workout shake is good

Breakfast: Add some protein like a coupe of eggs, Greek yogurt, cottage cheese. Only have 1 serving of fruit....don't want too much fruit as it will add to much sugar to diet.

Snack: get rid of processed cookies...to much sugar/carbs.....Shakeology make a great meal replacement. Also, I would eliminate this snack....since you'll add protien to yor breakfast. You should eat 5-6 times a day...every 3 hours.

Lunch: is good!

Afternoon snack: Only need 1...should be similar morning snack....bar or shake combined with a piece of fruit or veggies.

Dinner: is good

If you only have 5lbs to lose, then change are you'll need to be very strict on what you eat. Also, you should be around 1700-2000 cals per day. I hope this helps you!

Would it be agood idea to add egg whites for breakfast with one fruit?
And would it be ok to replace the mid morning snack with a protein shake?
I do two snacks in the afternoon because I get hungry and am not eating enough if I don't. Is it ok to keep the fiber plus and instead of having a second one, should I have another protein shake with fruit? I would get shakeology but it's too expensive for me emoticon I am 5'3, 23 y/o and 126 lbs and I consume 1270 calories plus whatever I get with exercise (but not all of the calories).And I also keep track of what I eat on myfitnesspal.I also already drink at least 8 cups of water and don't eat after 7pm because my bed time is 10pm.

Use whole eggs. Maybe even cook them in some coconut oil.
I would cut out the snack bars and if you can't have other food then don't worry about, eating often doesn't speed the metabolism just like skipping meals wont cause "starvation mode".
If that's the case then just eat bigger portions for other meals so that they tide you over more.

You could use some almonds, or even better Macadamia nuts for snack, or one of my favorites avocado with some sea salt. Delicious.

The more muscle mass you have compared to BF the lower your BF will be and it can help you look leaner at a higher weight.

Egg whites are ok. The only problem with just egg whites is that it's not a complete protein. I cooked egg is one of the best sources of a complete protein. Yes you can replace the mid morning snack with shake, make sure you add a piece of fruit to balance it. The reason you are too hungry in the afternoon is that you are not eating enough for 1 snack....Have your fiber bar, but add something with it...fruit, veggies, etc...

1270 calories is way too low! We'll burn 1200 laying in bed for 24 hours. You should be between 1700-2000 per day. As a fitness professional, I thought Shakeology was expensive too, but I realized I was comparing it to all the other protein powders in the store that are full of chemicals and garbage. Here's a link to my wife's post on Shakeology (Whay Should I Drink Shakeology) and explains the benefits from a Nutrition Expert's point of view. It works out to about $4/day....Same cost as a Starbucks or lunch out.

Any weight is a good time to start strength training.
LMC isn't for gaining muscle, although being a MMA fighter it looks like a blast for sure.
Body beast would be a better program for adding muscle, and being that I hate cardio I would still add in LMC in place of BB cardio just being of the fun factor.

Any weight is a good time to start strength training.

I would totally do a hybrid of these two workouts!. Do I need equipment for Body Beast? i have a barbell and 2.5,5.and 10 pounds and I also do have resistance bands but i don't have a stabilty ball or a bench.

The barbell is a good start, I'd check out academy if you have one near by. They have (had) a barbell with 45lbs in weights for like, $20.
A bench helps a lot, but you can use other things and make them work.
Keep an eye out for cheap benches, I've then them at walmart pretty cheap, or you could check out craigslist, you can get nice ones for less than $20 pretty easily.
