TurboFire is my favooooorrite!! I'm 23 and 5'3" so we have similar measurements. I got TF last March (2011) and lost 5lbs in the first month, and I reached my goal weight by week 20. Several of the people in my accountability group have also had similar success so I think you'll be tickled when you get on the scale.

I weighed in 30 day increments. Day 30 was my biggest change.
Your diet is 70-80% of your results though--are you following the meal guide? Do you have know how many calories you should have each day? if you need help figuring it out, just let me know. I've calculated mine a lot (due to my weight loss) and workouts.

I'd love to help. You can safely lose 1-2lbs each week so you could be at your goal by week 10!!
