Hey Everyone!
It was a tough first week for me, right now I am currently in bed relaxing after a hard P90X, Kenpo session. My calves are killing me, but I need to stay positive
Anyone else on their first round of P90X? What are your favorite workouts? How much do you weigh currently? And how many calories are you taking in daily?
I am at 5'11 tall weigh 218, and am consuming around 1900 calories a day at a 50% protein 30% Carbs and 20% Fats ratio. Hope this helps!
