I'm going to disagree a little bit. I would just do one or the other. You could do Shakeology most days, but on days you don't drink it you can take the vitamins. The reason I say this is you don't want to over-do the vitamins because it could cause health problems if you continually get over the daily amounts over a long period or time, but most of all you are probably just wasting money. Shakeology has all of the vitamins you need and vitamins are best absorbed in liquid form like the shakes. I wouldn't worry about taking the vitamins unless you do a booster like the immunity boost or the slimming formula. I have both of those along with Shakeology and LOVE both of them!!
What are your goals for Power90? I'm guessing you are wanting to lose weight since you are doing the fat burner cds before starting!
