Average Calorie Burn for x2 Programs?
Although I know that it completely depends on the person doing the program and how intense they accomplish it, but does anyone know what the average calorie burn is on the P90x2 program????

its different for each one. I have tried to get as accurate as possible with heart rate moniotr, but the movement cause the connection to fail at times not registering the total amount burned but;

155lbs 5'7" Male
core =460
plyocide=550
recovery=180
total body= 477
ab=120
balance and power 550
yoga=305
chest back balance= 360
shoulders and arms =330
base and back= 393

As you get better the numbers decrease slightly. But those were taken the first weeks of phase 1 and 2. I have not completed phase 2 so I cant tell you what phase 3 is yet. Hopefully it gives you a general idea. Everyone is truely different though. even if your 5'7" and 155 lbs you could be a more fitter person than me and that results in lower numbers. Also you may push harder in those workouts and then your numbers might be greater. X2 is Intense

To chime in for the ladies, I have a BodyMedia device. I'm 39 yrs, 5 ft 3 in, 122 lbs, female. My calorie burns are around these values:
core: 200 - 250 cal
balance + power: 250 cal
total body and ab ripper X2: close to 300 cal
plyocide: 250 - 300 cal
the phase two workouts along with ab ripper X2 are all around 250 cal
PAP workouts: around 250 cal
recovery + mobility: 150 cal

I have found that with X2 Core and X2 Balance + Power, as I got better at them my calorie burns INCREASED. This was because I was spending less time figuring out the moves or wobbling around, and more time actually doing the exercises to their fullest.
