Upper Body Balance for Core Synergistics?
It seems To be the best next level replacement to me. Everybody who does reviews admits it is a kick-@%? work-out but blow it off as not as good as core ball sandwhich and especially Chest, Back & Balls. I'm not looking for a synergistic Chest & Back. I want a next level Core Synergistics.

Feed back Please.

How about Insanity's Max Recovery as a travel option? No weights or bands. It has a fair bit of stretching, and hits the core muscles hard with a lot of isometrics. The last standing move of raising a leg without bending the knee while lowering your straight arms from straight up to meet your knee is a complete core move that is simple enough, but as the very last move exhausts you!
And no jumping around so you won't disturb the guests on the floor below you.

Oh, yeah One on One Volume 3,Disc 9 is Core Synergistics,MC2. UBB still looks like a great option.

I use Core Ball Sandwich, MC2 Core Syn and Medicine Ball Core Cardio as One on One alternatives. UBB is pretty good but I prefer the other three.

Thanks for responding. I geuss I have a personal goal of eventually mastering UBB. I have never done a stability ball wo before. Yes CS MC2 is the next level CS. But it has some moves that require weights. There are no band options. Core Ball Sandwhich I look at as a synergistic Chest & Back, and being somewhat less difficult than Chest, Back & Balls. Core Ball Cardio is what I use to replace KenpoX. I'm just not a fan of KenpoX. Yes, the sweat flies off me as I punch and block, but the motivation is not there. It just seems like a cheesy wo format. If I want to practice martial arts, I'd go to a real dojang.

Like you said its a personal preference. If you accuse me of having a fascination with UBB, I won't disagree. Note my screen name. I have a bad back and need to take care of it.

I drive a truck and stay in motels 5 days/wk, so a chin up bar, weights and stability/medicine balls are out. I am looking for 4 tough mini footballs to use for this wo. I think I can put my feet/toes on the edge of a chair or the very corner of a motel bed to simulate a stability ball. No its not the same thing, but my options are very limited.

Again thanks for responding. I'd like some discussion of this wo. Especially from people who have incorperated it into a schedule.

KPP!

Here are 2 more BB wo's that can be used for CS. OoO, Volume 2 Disc 8 Iso Abs. 40 minutes, only uses a mat. Very motel friendly.

If you have Asylum Volume 1 than you can use Back to Core. 25 minutes, only uses a small resistance band (loop) and a mat.

After living with varying degrees of back pain/chronic discomfort, Yoga, proper nutrion and exercise now allow me to live BACK PAIN FREE! I am posting all this as much of a personal list and for those who have similar situations.

Don't knock the LEAN schedule/Core Synergistics for not being the hard core pump that classic is. For some of us its just what the Dr. ordered! And its a great maintenance program as well.

KPP!
