quick question on timing of meals.
hi guys im on day 3 of p90x,feel great. but my question is.. im on the portion approach and want to know when to eat meals/snacks. i eat breakfast at 9am and i leave work at 5 and get home at 6. how should my eating scheduled be?

You should be eating every 2-3 hours. Maybe breakfast at 9, snack at 11, lunch at 1, snack between 3-4 and dinner when you get home. That will keep your metabolism going all day.

i get home at 6 so i cant do my workout till 6:30 how do i go about my meal timing with that.

Another thing, since i have a bar/protein as a snack as well as a dble snack, can i have my snack and then lunch then my bar then dinner then my recovery drink so something like this....



9am- breakfast

11am-snack

1pm-lunch

4pm-p90x bar

6pm dinner

(workout)

That looks fine. Just make sure you are giving yourself enough time to digest after dinner before working out, especially when doing PLYO. What do you have for your first snack?

plyo killed me yesterday lol sore as heck. for my first snack i have either 2 oz jerky or 1 oz almonds or 30 pistachios or 3 oz string cheese.
