Hear you on the 'feeling it' these workouts are tough and obviously body changing because you feel it almost immediately, or at least that's been my experience. I'm in my 2nd week of BBL and notice that within 30 minutes of completing my workout I begin to tighten up even more so I spend a bit of time to stretch it out so that I'm elongating my muscles and that way I also work out some of the soreness that may be with me the following morning.
I know it may be wishful thinking but according to Leandro, he says that if you do it he WILL change your body, and I'm seeing changes in the mirror already with a bit of a lift

Can't wait to see what the outcome will be after a month and more!
