I am on my second week of TMT & so far I am loving it.
However, since I started I have been having problems with my left knee hurting. I took this past friday off & did alternate exercise on Saturday to give my knee a rest to see if it would help. It did! On Sunday it no longer hurt. I exercised Sunday evening & it started hurting again. It seems to be the worse with the Cardio routine.

I've tried modifying the moves and not bending my knee so deeply and not jumping when I should but it doesn't seem to be helping. Can anyone offer other suggestions for modifications so it's not so hard on my knee?

I'm hoping this is only temporary as my body adjusts to the workouts;

Thanks much!

-Kay

I know for me I had so many aches & pains when I started out. I just pushed hard & added modifications to get through.....all the aches & pain went away. Im pretty sure my body was in shock & trying to disagree with the workouts.....lol. But I would suggest you really listen to your body & make sure if the pains continue to go to the doctor.

I hope this helps,
Carlie

Make sure you are eating well, drinking plenty of clean water, and taking a high quality multi-vitamin. and getting enough sleep. Seriously, if you don't get adequate rest it will derail your whole program faster than anything else. Its not the work-outs, its the healing from them that builds healthy muscle/connective tissue. And it happens when you sleep. So take some casein before you go to bed to support this.

If you haven't exercised in a while before TMT your tissues might swell for a week or 2. this may contribute to aches and pains.

KPP!
