I know for me I had so many aches & pains when I started out. I just pushed hard & added modifications to get through.....all the aches & pain went away. Im pretty sure my body was in shock & trying to disagree with the workouts.....lol. But I would suggest you really listen to your body & make sure if the pains continue to go to the doctor.
