So I have just over 8 hours till i hit the Fit Test for the first time. My wife and i talk about this last week order the discs, which arrived today and figured might as well start tomorrow.
Going to be interesting, although I do a version of western martial arts most weeks once or twice, I have not seriously worked out since University - which is about 13years ago.
Since leaving university i stacked on the weight, I am currently at my heaviest at 280. My diet is up and down, I eat good at home usually, but at work it is fried food. I figure it is time to make a change lose some weight, get my body back to where it should be.
I know this week is going to be hard for diet but Friday is the bi weekly shop so we can get some better food items for work times.
It will be interesting to see the other side of the program (or my toes for that matter

).
