Hi, Whenever you first start a new workout you should try just that workout and see how your body responds. I think because you did the hip & thighs routine then ran & walked you overdid it! If you are having trouble walking sitting or going upstairs then you should probably give yourself two days to recover. If you are feeling a little sore , Not painful just aware of your muscles then try the buns & thighs routine by themselves! See how your body responds. It is normal to be sore/ like I said aware of your muscles. It is not good to be in pain. Moderation is key because if you overexert yourself and get injured you have set yourself back before you really even began. Start slow work your way up to the longer more intense workouts or combination workouts. Hope you feel better soon
