I have been doing insanity for 18 days, but I came down with the flu four days ago. I had to stop the workouts to get better, and now I am not sure if I should start back at the beginning or should I go on from where I was. I wasn't sure because I dont want to over work myself or be too sore the next day.

Hello! Im jo! My advice is if you have 2 weeks already in id start where you left off. Life gets in the way of workingout some times and we would never finish a program emoticon. Stick with it and YOU WILL MAKE IT!! Have a GREATDAY!! PS Make sure you are going into the gym! Seeing the days marked off is a great motovator!!!

I would wait until you are feeling completely better than then restart week 3. love the screen name! emoticon
