I will be going on vacation from the 23rd through the 1st. That will be Body Beast day 36-45. On these days what do i do? I can bring resistance bands with me i guess, but my family works out with me when we're on vaca and they're gonna want to do cardio, not weights.
Also, no way am i getting in anywhere near my calorie targets on those days. I'll be in peru. Any thoughts?

Take that as a recovery week. Just be careful so you don't eat too much on these days. If you can bring yourself some bands you could still do some workout like lucky 7 or total body, beast cardio and get back to where you were in your program when you come back.

1 week off wont hurt your progress. I say enjoy your holiday with your family and come back ready to beast up!

I went on vacation for 10 days at the end of the Build phase. It was a pretty active vacation so I wasn't just sitting around. But what I can tell you is that you will come back stronger and more focused. I really think this program would have been better with 2 recovery weeks like in P90x because you need to rest for muscles to repair. I'm pretty sure they wanted to fit as many workouts in as possible. Enjoy your vacation. Peru sounds awesome.

Going to peru today.
I am bringing along resistance bands. it is day 34 of body beast. I have p90x videos with me as well as asylum and insanity workouts.
Should i try to do p90x workouts during my vacation? If i get to a hotel with a gym in it do i try to put in a bodybeast workout?
My main issue is that i will probably not be consuming anywhere near what i want to consume, but i will be bringing enough protein powder for me to get in 75g of protein from powder and protein bars as well which will give me another 20 (so if im eating 2000 or 2500 cals a day i can get a pretty good portion of that in of protein).

Suggestions?

Those calorie intake will make u shred a little body fat or maintain your weight. Do not worry too much about it, if you can workout in Peru that still pretty good. If you can do some body beast workout i would do it but i wouldnt count that week in my schedule and consider it as a recovery week.

And i would do the same if i do P90X or insanity. IF i were you i would focus more on doing P90X or Body Beast then Insanity as you don't want to do a lot of cardio mid way through the program as you will already be eating less calories.

ok, so about to go do bulk chest. What's the deal with macros though? I brought along protein powder but really unsure i'll be able to hit the macros. if im gettin only 2000-2500 cals do i need to still aim for the macros?
