I've did 3 rounds of p90x. On my last phase in round 3 I did a hybrid with p90x. Now I'm on week 3 of insanity. And my weight has stayed the same. I wanted to drop a couple of pounds but unable to do so. I don't know if it is a diet issue or my body won't allow me to lose anymore. During p90x I kept around 2500 calories. I've taken it down to 2000 before and now I've increased it to 3000. All the while staying in same weight range of 202-204 depemdinf on when I weigh myself and amount of water i drink. And stayed the exact same weight. I'm doing 40P/40C/20. Should indecreasemthe protein. Maybe 20/60/20? My body is changing which I'm thrilled about but I've recently got into racing and a few pounds off would help. Any recommendations?

Just curious, what area are you wanting to drop a couple of lbs in? You are ripped!! I dont get it.
