i am on day 6 and have only lost about 3.2 pounds. this is vry frustrating to me because people have lost 5 pounds, or even 10 their first week. i am following everything well, drinking a gallon of mineralized water, taking my supplements at the right time. never cheated. i am thinking maybe the recipies have too much sodium in them for me? but i dont know. what should i do to help me get the weight off? i want to atleast lose 10 pounds on this. and i know it is not a weight loss program!! but still, i was hoping for the last 10 pounds to come off. im 5'2 and 145 pounds

3.2 lbs in 6 days is excellent! Don't compare yourself to others because they might have a lot more weight to lose than you. Often times people that are very heavy can lose 10 lbs in a week, because they have 150 lbs to lose. The main thing is staying consistent. Also, your scale is going to fluctuate daily based on water retention, hormones,etc... Stay away from the scale, focus on the program, and go by how your clothes fit.
