About to finish, where do I go next?

Awesome, congrats on finishing the program!!

I have a few questions I need to ask first before I can recommend a workout program(s) I want to make sure I recommend the right program based on your goals.

How did you like HHA? How did you like Shaun T? What are your fitness goals? Do you have a lot of weight to lose or are you wanting to bulk up?

HHA was fun, never really done any dancing in my life so it took me outside of my comfort zone which was good. My goals are really to tone and tighten, not really looking to gain mass or lose weight, just stay in shape and look good while doing it.

I have heard that Rockin Body will do just what you're looking for, and it's up a few notches from round 2 of Hip Hop Abs. Good luck however you choose emoticon

I believe you have several diffrent options. If you would like to stay with Shaun T, like was already recommended, Rocking Body would be great. It is calorie burning cardio and full-body sculpting moves. There is also Turbo Jam with Chalene Johnson. This is a great calorie burning total-body sculpting focused on abs and thighs. She also has Turbo Jam Fat Burning Elite which is kickboxing and body-sculpting moves focused on core, thighs and upper body. Great music and she is a lot of fun. And of course the just released program Les Mills Combat. I did Les Mills Pump and loved the trainers and the videos. Get ready to punch, kick, block and strike your way to an outrageously shredded body with Beachbody's first mixed martial arts workout designed for total body transformation. It would be a great mix. You have lots of options!

Hey Zack - did you decide on a program? At some point, you may want to consider Turbo Fire as well. I did a HHA and Turbo Fire hybrid for much of 2012 and lost over 30 lbs. I'm now doing Les Mills Combat. I loved TurboFire so much that I actually became an instructor. Are you working with a coach? I immediately thought of Rockin Body for you. I'm glad to see that others also suggested the same thing. And of course, if you want even faster moves and more challenging, hard to keep up with cardio, Turbo Fire is there...however personally I felt that it was a little too fast and there wasn't much proper description of how to throw a punch into the air a safe way to avoid possible overextension injuries. I think I'm the only person that feels that way, however, as everyone else is having a blast doing it. Definitely the step between HHA and TF is Rockin Body.
