After workin out a few months I realized I was not eating enough to gain more mass. I did a calorie configurer n it said to eat close to 3000 a day. I came up with a diet where I usually eat scrambled eggs for breakfast plus a pound of pasta n whatever else I eat throughout the day. I jus wanna kno if tht sounds like an ok diet. I wanna make sure I'm getting the right nutrients etc... for the record I'm 135 tryin to get up to 155-160. Helps appreciated thanx.

What program are you doing? P90X? what are your goals? Lose weight? How did you calculate what you need? Is this number for gaining weight or losing?

Yea I'm doing p90x 3 times a week plus beachbody abs 2 a week. My goals to get to 155-160 lbs, gain weight. To calculate how many calories to eat I used an app called myfitnesspal

I'd say that sounds pretty good. Just make sure its not junk that your putting in. You want it to be healthy weight that you gain. Plus have you looked in to shakes that will help you add healthy calories & they are easy to make if your short on time, But also its easy to bump up the calories in them quickly by adding fruit, peanut butter ( i would stick to the all natural kind ) & milk. My husbands Shake in the morning is the BODY BEAST shakes & he adds dark chocolate almond milk, shakeology, banana plus another one of beach body protein shakes. All together its 820 cal. This is his after recovery shake & breakfast in one. He is also wanting to add about 10lbs of muscle on.
