Aleeki:
Hi guys,
Just started P90x and just want some people to critique my current diet.
I eat pretty healthy generally and have stayed away from junk food for a long time now, so will power is pretty good.
Anyhow, here is what my usual day looks like. Sometimes that meat changes (i.e. chicken instead of prawns, steak instead of chicken etc) but I try to stick to the same quantity and protein values.
Would be thankful for any insights into how it looks, where it might not be quite right etc..
Note: I am currently use Chocolate Milk as my recovery drink with a bit of added dextrose to get to the 4:1 ratio of carbs:protein.

P90X requires a lot of food. I think you may be lacking in how many servings of veggies you are eating and also your protein. If I remember correctly, one of the meals was 6 egg whites (or 8), a ton of cottage cheese, strawberries..
I also don't see any carbs in there. The nutrition guide gives you a breakdown of how many servings you need. Stick with whole grains.
I definitely think you are on the right track, but I'm not quite sure it is enough.
