Hey guys,
Keep it simple. I need to modify the push ups, and every other exercise in that plank shape. I have chronic shoulder impingement syndrome and i just can't lift my arm to shoulder level with all my weight on it.
I was thinking for ski abs, etc. I could flip over and do a bunch of crunches ab-ripper style, and for the actual push ups, well I wonder if there is something I can do standing, perhaps with a band? Basically some chest exercise that doesn't involve compressing the shoulder.
Anyone have any suggestions?

Have you tried doing the pushups against a wall? That would be a good modification.
