| Fit clubs for work are awesome. I've done a pretty similar thing at my work, and it worked really great. You will have some people who want to drop, but thats when the peer pressure should kick in. If everyone is doing it, there's no excuses that people can use, as you've taken them away by doing it during work. One thing I noticed, is if one person has a different excuse and you tell them to rest, the others feed off of that and try to get out of it too... but it also works the opposite too. Once everyone sees the results, they want to keep going regardless. One thing you can do to spice it up, is make it a competition. The person who has the biggest percentage of weight loss, gets a free lunch, the others do a work related item for him/her, or something to that effect.
Great job getting everyone together! If you aren't already, you definately need to become a coach!
