Hi Lori! I had 3 babies and wished that we had a birthing center closer to us. You must love what you do!

While I don't work shift work, as I said I have 3 young children...two of whom are still up at night and then I work outside of the home. I do find that my energy levels are challenged because sometimes I lay down an hour before it is time for my alarm to go off. So, while I'm not doing shift work....sometimes my body's schedule feels like it is off because my kids just do NOT sleep. I haven't done the reset yet (starting on Jan 7) but what I have found from my other workout schedules is that if I schedule myself (including naps, meals, activities, etc...) that I have been more successful.
I'd love to hear anyone others' take on how they have dealt with crazy schedules.
