Hey Faith12,

Keep pushing play, keep pushing play and your results will be amazing, it just takes time. Trying to make a lifestyle change is tough, but the ones that stick with it are the ones that are most satisfied in the end. If you don't like veggies (like myself) try shakeology. It's a meal replacement from Beachbody that helps stop cravings and gives you your daily dose of veggies and fruits. Also, find healthy foods that you like. When I first got my nutrition guide for P90X, I went through and marked the foods I knew I would eat and then chose food combinations that I enjoyed. As time went on and my craving went away and my taste buds changed I added even healthier food choices and I had no desire for the junk food I used to eat. You don't have to eat tasteless food from specialty stores to lose weight and get healthy.

I promise you will enjoy your new lifestlye and new food choices if you stick with it and let your body adjust to the changes. We've all been programmed to eat junk most of our lives, just give your body time to recover.

If you stick with it you will not believe your 30,60 and 90 day transformation photos. It's worth it.

Hey Faith,

The first thing I'll tell you is something that Tony Horton drills into your head: Remember why you're working out. Go back and find out what motivated you to start Slim in 6 to begin with.

Second, keep pushing play. Don't give up on the program. Find someone to keep you accountable, or ask your coach to check in with you. My coach and I constantly connect throughout the weeks via Facebook and text.

Lastly, find foods you like that will keep you energized. Shakeology is a great launching point to get nutrition into you. And keep your meals simple, meaning, the less ingredients, the better. Try doing a dish of brown rice, salmon and green beans or broccoli. Think of some healthier dishes you've seen in restaurants and try to do that at home. (I personally Google the dish and often alter the recipe!)

Hang in there Faith! We're all rooting for you!

-Kevin

Hey beauty!

Keep in mind that everything starts in the kitchen and very important to stick to good food. A good way to go about it is to have one cheat meal per week...and I am not talking about crazy cheat like McDonald's lol I am saying like good pasta, or 2 slices of pizza, etc...you need some good proteins.

You will be so thankful when you will see the results I promise.

I am training to compete in Bikini competition and let me tell you...there is no place for anything else but good food and at the end of the day, it is all worth it!

Keep pushing play, I know you can do it, and you are WAYYYYYY stronger than food!
