Hello guys. I'm a beginner with the whole beachbody community. I need help deciding what program to follow. From reviewing the dvds of both workouts and reading reviews and so this is what i get and It's that p90x2 with help me become more athletic ( give me more agility and balance ) while the original is focused more on sculpting the body and giving you strength. I'm 16 years old, 185cm tall, i weigh 73kg and the last thing i have around 14-15% bf. My goal is to build some muscle mass while getting sculpted, building strength and getting a strong core so i can start doing hard barbrothers like workouts so which program do you think best suits my goals??
Do you have both dvds? I would start with P90X and then P90X2. I have done both workouts. I would concentrate on low reps with high weights. if you do not have the programs, body beast may be a better program.
