When do you cry(ish)?
When do you cry(ish)?

Hi,

So I've done Insanity for almost 1 week now, and I'm wondering when it will make me want to cry out of frustration? So I was wondering when/around what week/day(s) it got to the point where you felt like you had enough/couldn't do it any more, that kinda thing.

Since this is my first time, I'd like to prepare myself as much as I can.

I'd really like to know, please and thank you.

lol.. well if you are not crying after your first week then you may be alright. emoticon In my experience, people handle the first 30 day phase pretty well, but really start to feel the pain in the second phase. Getting a good support group is a key to success and sticking with it.

I agree with Coach Greg. Month 1 was tough but ok for me, I was actually kind of cocky when I finished it, but then came Month 2.......
The first time I did the Max Plyo workout, well, it was an experience to remember. Let me paint the picture: I was working out/dying in the basement and was screaming so loud that my boyfriend could hear me.....he was upstairs with the tv on AND the basement door was closed. So that was my "moment", keep us updated to let us know when yours happens. Good luck!!!!
