Finished Insanity..
Finished Insanity..
12/8/12 1:44 PM
Age :15

Just finished it without a single day skipped...
Results ": Obtained abs and muscles on rams, and legs. Feeling Alive.(no pics because of pricavy, but trust me on this one)

Here is the deal, i started at 60kg, i was skinny but had belly fat.. Now, afterthe two months, i weight 58Kgs,i didnt lose much but i lost the belly fat, and got good muscles on arms and legs. NOW my abs are showing, but the lower ones are still covered(alittle) by belly fat.. not a big problem but if i want to get 100% ripped, then it is a wall on my journey..

What now? I finished the insanity workout with awesome results in my health and appearence, but i dont want to lose it wall, i would like to continue... not as intense as insanity ( i mean really... it took me 1 hour / 1 30 out of every day of my weeks, and i got school and stuff.. Yeahh, what would you suggest me?

*something that doesnt need lots of cash to get, like materials or other things, or something that can be done in the gym, with what the gym supplies..
*something that gives results even with 3/7 or 4/7 on every week..

Thanks, and thumbs up to Shaun T. for the great workout and motivation,
Cya

Congrats On the success!
I would try moving on to P90X or even Turbo Fire or Turbo Jam since you want to take the intensity down from Insanity. But you will need the cardio to melt away the last few lbs. Are you currently working with your coach? they should be helping you with this.....if your not I would love to help you reach your fitness goals emoticon

Talk with you soon, Carlie

ASylum would be great also but its just as intense as Insanity & maybe even a little more intense then insanity.

I went to see the turbo fire workout and what people said about it....
Its more of a dance with brief moments of what i need.. plus songs (kinda opposite of insaity)

This said... 90 days? It is alot for a pause/recover workout ....isnt it..
Well i am going to try it anyway.. c:

///////and no i dont have a coach emoticon but im fine anyway, beach body coaches are perfect even behind the screen.

Thanks,
Ceya

Ceya,

It is kinda the opposite of Insanity, but its good to change things up.....Plus then after you get Turbo Fire & finish that you can do a hybrid of both. You can find calenders for hybrids to download for free on the beachbody website. It is 90 days.....I really don't do much of recovery my self but some people think you should take a week off....but I just go light on the workouts for a week or 2. Then start a new program.

Not sure what you mean by behind the screen? But you can check out my profile....Im a real person, who started out very over weight & Im far from perfect. I still have some fat on my lower tummy to lose too. At my biggest I weighed 270lbs & now I weigh 165lbs....on a good day....lol So being a coach is really to help answer any question you may have that pop up. To fit you with a new program or food choices. Plus to always have someone in your corner cheering you on. I have sent you a buddy request!

I do have to say you have some great motivation for only being 15 yrs. old emoticon

Just to let you know Im currently doing Body Beast myself & I have completed Insanity twice plus other beachbody programs.

If you want you could checkout my thread:

I hope this helps & let me know if I can help you with anything else. By the way the Coaching is totally free to you.

Carlie

This is what insanity got me, but if you zoom in on the lower part of the abs, you can see that there is(even if not visible) a little fat left there....

Im gonna take 2 more rest days cause i ended insanity, and after that ill start turbo fire...
Only to obtain the abs on the lower part too, you know emoticon

Soo yeah, my friend got me thinking... why should i do a complete workout for the body, when i can do only abs workout.. he does have a point! But i couldnt find any good (and proved) workouts only for abs so far, thus ill follow this one, Turbo Fire.

Uhm.. i am not getting this correctly or even if i am,now im confused.. If you want me to have you as a coach.. thats awesome but, the problem is that you're in America, and im in Europe emoticon So, yea, i saw you're results, very nice, keep them up.

Ok you have got some great results & I don't see the fat you're talking about. I think putting on some more muscle weight would give you more of the abs & definition you're looking for.

Now that I have seen your picture....If you could go to the gym & use their equipment I would recommend doing Body Beast.

Its up to you though. Keep up the great work!
Carlie
