something for someone a bit more physically handicap?
Insanity may be good for other people, but for me, it just plain sucks. I have physical problems with my knees, shins, and my back, and with all of the jumping you have in the workout, it damages my body. There are no medicines that can stop the pain even just through the workout and i have no money to go to a doctor or hospital to have the issues checked out. Is there any programs you have that are just as intense, but not as harmful to my body?

I would recommend checking out P90X. It's just as intense but not as hard on your knees. Watch some of the videos for it. If you have more questions about it then please contact me.
