Great job on making the commitment to do this! My advice to you is 1) Find a huge reason why you want to do this and out it in front of yourself everyday! You have to have a big reason that will push you on those days that you don't want to eat healthy or not exercise. 2) Find an accountability group, which is what you are seeking out. You want to be a part of a group that can motivate you, inspire you, encourage you, provide tips and instruction, and has your best interest at heart!
