so i need a new plane to get started that will work around my schedule with 7 kids and working its hard to work out i don't know where to start and what kind of diet foods to eat i told my husband i wanted to loose weight and he said i bet this same time next year you will still be the same what a ass no support i dont want something to hard wher im gonna be a week later and give up because its to hard i waigh 230 so i need to start off slowany help anyone
Did you have a workout plan in mind? I think 10 minute trainer would be a great idea. It will ease you into exercise without taking up too much of your time since you seem to have your plate full with the kids.
As for nutrition- if your house if full of good food, that's what you will eat. Salad, chicken, lean meats. I always have Greek yogurt, fruit, veggies, eggs, string cheese and nuts in the house. Those make for easy grab and go things. Get yourself some protein bars for when you don't have time to prepare anything.
