Hi Everyone,
I am in the last few days of my first run at Insanity and have thoroughly enjoyed it, and am already looking forward to starting again for a second time round on January 7 once the festive season is all out of the way.
My plan originally had been to finish this week, then do a full recovery week before mixing up various sessions from month 2 over the following two weeks to keep myself working.
However, my knees have taken quite a hammering in the last few weeks and I am thinking I might be better off trying to give them a bit of a break. I am wondering therefore if it would be a good option to take a full week's rest, then for the next two weeks alternate between Core Cardio & Balance and Max Recovery, 2-3 times a week each, probably with a few Cardio Abs thrown in for good measure? At least that way I am still getting a good workout, while letting my joints recover a bit.
Does that seem like a good way to go, or can anyone advise a better course of action for this upcoming 3 week period?

Congrats on being an insanity grad! I think you plan is a very good one. Give your joints some rest.
