I have a question...

So, I'm starting P90X this week and I just sat down and did my math for the nutrition guide. It says my Energy Amount is 2414 cal and that makes me a level 2, but then it says to drop down to the bottom of that scale to give a deficit...

Am I REALLY only supposed to drop 14 cal a day, because that doesn't sound right to me at all. emoticon

Help please!

You are right, dropping off 14 calories doesn't make sense.

Remove 500 calories to your calculated calorie of 2414 to lose wegiht. If you wanna lose weight you should aim for 1900 calories per day with macro of 50% protein / 30% Carbs and 20% Fat.
