I have a out of town business trip coming up during the first part of January. This will coincide with the beginning of Month 3 of P90X. I am realistic and know that I will have almost no personal time due to travel and meetings. How should I approach my program during this week? I don't want to get off track and am concerned.

The first question is...where will you be staying during this trip?

Hotel? If so, is there a gym? Do you know the size of your room?

Most P90X workouts can be modified with strength bands, and they are easy to carry in a suitcase.

On the days that I travel, it's pretty much a whole day thing. Do I skip the Disc for that day? If not what is my best plan to stay on track?

Can you get up early and do your workout before the day begin? If that possible bring some bands or go the hotel gym and push play!

Otherwise take that as some recovery days and just pick up where you were when you come back.
