Does anyone have any experience in using CLX to build muscle? What did you do for nutrition? Did you follow the meal plan, substitute in more protein, etc.? I'd love some guidance. I'm not really interested in losing weight, I just want to start getting that toned, sexy muscle we all want! emoticon

Hi Lauren3404,

I got great results with CLX. I didn't lose much weight but I got the definition in my arms, shoulder & legs. I wanted the same thing as you...long lean sexy muscle. I pretty much followed the nutrition guide. The recipes are incredible. how long have you been using CLX? are you using weights or the resistance bands?

Thanks for responding! I've completed push and burn from CLX before, but stopped in order to do the Ultimate Reset. I have the SelectTech weights, love them! Congratulations on your resutls! emoticon I need to pull the book out and reread the nutrition guide too for help!
