The best way to set up meals for a busy schedules is to plan ahead of time. You Can prepare things so there already to go plus pack your food for your long day at work.....I do this for my husband

Shakeology would be a great way to help out & get the calories you need quickly. That would be one meal out of the way you don't even have to plan for. I drink it for breakfast because I don't have lots of time In the morning. But you could drink it when ever you wanted, Lunch, dinner, or even for a snack.
