Ok so I want to start p90x in the new year, along with skakeology!! Ive done p90x for about month awhile back & lost about 10 pounds. I work 15+ shifts & get little sleep but feel like I need to do this! I'm just not to sure how to "eat" & set up my meals? Any help or advice with this...

The best way to set up meals for a busy schedules is to plan ahead of time. You Can prepare things so there already to go plus pack your food for your long day at work.....I do this for my husband emoticon Shakeology would be a great way to help out & get the calories you need quickly. That would be one meal out of the way you don't even have to plan for. I drink it for breakfast because I don't have lots of time In the morning. But you could drink it when ever you wanted, Lunch, dinner, or even for a snack. I sure hope this helps. let me know if I can help you further.

Yea, well I work at nights, so i really don't eat breakfast. So i would use that shakeology when i wake up around 5:00, then have lunch around 10:00...after work should I use shakeology again? around 7 am. just complicated around my work schedule
