I agree! Back in the 90's, my aunt and I did the week to week pics while doing our Tony Little workouts with the OLD-FASHIONED REGULAR/NOT DIGITAL camera! We had to wait 12 weeks to finish our 24 exposure roll of film! And when we looked at each pic, week to week, you could see the body changing. I still have some of those pics! I will never throw those out! Now, I am alot heavier and hope to get back to what I was able to accomplish back then. Good luck!
