Even if you never plan on showing pics to anyone, take before pics and at least every 2 weeks if not more. Here's why it worked for me. I took before pics and 2 weeks later, had lost 5 pounds and noticed a difference in the pics. After week 3 which was today, no additional weight loss. I took a pic and compared it to the original pic. That was the motivation I needed. Not even half way done and I can see a noticable differeence in my physique which doesnt translate on the scale. Looking forward to even more progress.

I agree! Back in the 90's, my aunt and I did the week to week pics while doing our Tony Little workouts with the OLD-FASHIONED REGULAR/NOT DIGITAL camera! We had to wait 12 weeks to finish our 24 exposure roll of film! And when we looked at each pic, week to week, you could see the body changing. I still have some of those pics! I will never throw those out! Now, I am alot heavier and hope to get back to what I was able to accomplish back then. Good luck! emoticon
