My chest looks good on the upper and middle portion, but for over a year has looked really soft and just awful on the lower part.
Don't mean to get too detailed but it looks like the upper portion is muscular, but then just kinda turns soft on the lower. My nipplesare on this soft portion which I think looks awful. (picture attached).What do I do to train this area? I really hate my chest!

If you use a barbell for your chest, just drop the barbell lower, you build muscle more where you drop the bar.

Body beast doesn't do any decline lifting. Should I supplement my workouts with decline lifts?

Didnt say decline, you just drop it lower down on your chest.

Lets say you do bench press and you're dropping the weights around mid chest, just drop it on your lower chest.

Alright. Any harm in just adding a super set or some other set of the presses on a decline bench?

No, that should be fine.

I myself do Decline Skullcrushers as it hurts my elbows doing it the normal way.
