Hey Everyone!
Quick bio, I started at 242 after insanity, asylum, and p90x i am down to 184. I have done three weeks of P90x2 but have only dropped one pound down to 183. I feel like my nutrition may need to be readjusted to my new bmr and need help. Here is a sample of what I eat everyday. I welcome any and all advice.
Breakfast
Non-Sugar Oatmeal - 2 Servings
Skim Milk - 1 Serving
Snack
1 Low Fat Mozarella Cheese Stick
Lunch
4 OZ Salmon/Swai/Other type of non fat fish baked
1 serving of wheat pasta
Snack
1 Whey Protein Shake
Dinner
1 Piece of non-fat chicken
2 servings of vegetables
1 serving of Cottage Cheese
Can you guys help? Thanks!
BTW. I have seen all of my fat leave my lower body, but my core and chest are still holding on to some.
Looks to me like you aren't eating enough. Are you following the nutrition guide?
