Hi my name is Suraj and I'm doing P90X. I have been trying to do P90X for 2 months now but i always get stuck on week 2. Its not that Im stuck on week 2 because the workout is too hard, its because i dont know when to do my workouts. Im a freshmen in high school,i wake up everyday at 6 and everyday i have to go to tuition center after school and i get back at 6:30 to 7. Then i have to do my homework for school. By the time im done its 9 and then go to sleep at 10, 10:30ish. I have tried doing my workout early in the morning at 5 but the next day to do my next day workout I cant wake up at 6, my body just automatically hits the snooze button and I feel really guilty for doing it and that's why i have posted this message because i need help so i can get the results i want.

Hey man,

Sounds like you are busy...my advice to you would be to do your workout when you get home real quick...shower up and do your school work and go to bed. You are going to have to make sacrifices and do things that you are uncomfortable doing. Other option is to do it in the morning...NO EXCUSES! Put your alarm clock/phone AWAY from your bed so you physically have to get up to turn it off...once you get in the habit this should help as well. What are your main fitness goals though? I would love to help you any way I can man. I got amazing results with p90X so the program does work...just gotta stay consistent daily with your workouts/healthy meal plan and keep yourself accountable/motivated. Head to my faceook page too for extra support, etc

Suraj,
I agree with Nate. You have to put a plan in place and execute to the plan. You are the one that has to make the decision on how to prioritize your day.

There are 168 hours in a week. You need to schedule enough rest. You have to plan for your known commitments: school, homework, part-time job or other obligations (working out should be one of those obligations), eating. How much do you waist on Facebook, TV watching, etc?

Spend 1 week tracking all of your time. Keep a journal. I bet you find that there is time that can be reinvested.

Best of luck.

thank you,I think for me a journal would work best, to see how my day is and when i can fit in my workouts.
