Has anyone done revabs and added extra cardio a few days a week, done a hybrid program or have most people solely focused on the program? Id like to maximize results. My problem area is my core, that's where I hold all my weight so im trying to figure out if its best to add extra cardio 3x a week. And I just finished day 2 if revabs.

Hi Beth,
You can definitely add extra cardio in a few days per week. If you core is your weak area then you might want to think about doing some core specific exercises. These will help stabilize your lower back. Also, nutrition will come into play. Let me know If I can help.
