Ok, so I just finished Insanity and I'm pretty excited about my results. I want to keep the momentum going, so I'm trying to figure out which workout to do next. My main goal is to continue to trim down my core. Obviously, building muscle is nice, but I'm more interested in leaning out right now. I am an ice hockey player and could use the increased stamina and speed!!
I've narrowed it down to either Insanity Asylum Volumes 1 & 2 or Les Mills Combat.
Insanity Asylum is appealing because I know Sean T and his workouts and I'm confident I would be able to complete it with great results.
Les Mills Combat is appealing because it's a brand new workout, it's completely different from Insanity, and it would teach me some cool MMA moves.
What would you suggest?!? I've attached my pre-insanity and post-insanity pics if it helps (and cause I'm pretty proud!)
