Couple of questions.
1. I am starting P90X next Monday and want someone to look over my typical meal plan for a thumbs up. breakfast - apple, 2 slices turkey bacon and egg substitue around 2 eggs.
snack whole wheat bagel all natural peanut butter lunch- chicken breast or turkey burger w/ Veggies and lowfat C. Cheese - after noon snack protein bar and lowfat yougurt
Workout having creatine fruit punch by Body Fortress. Supper usually chicken breat, salmon or turkey along w. veggies and lowfat C. Cheese. late night snack a 100 cal popcorn.
2. I am thinking of doing a hybrid of P90x and Taput Xt as follows
Monday Chest and back P90X
Tuesday Plyo - P90X
Wed- shoulders and arms P90X
Thurday yoga Tapout Xt
Friday legas and back P90X
Saturday Kenpo P90x or a Tapoout Maui Tai or another fat burner

Thoughts and thanks

I don't know much about the TapouT workouts but the nutrition looks good in the way of being clean. As for the amount of calories I can't tell if there is enough from the info below but I would suggest going through the nutrition guide that comes with P90X to make sure you are taking in the correct amount of calories.

Looks like you have a good plan best of luck with your results.

I think Tapout's Muay Thai is more of a calorie burner than Kenpo, that's just my opinion.... both are fun workouts though. Maybe you could alternate between the two, one week do kenpo and one week do Muay Thai..
Let me know how your progress goes with the Hybrid, I have thought about doing the same..I am currently doing P90X and have already completed the Tapout program, would probably be a good mix.
