what is the worst thing that can happen if i lose weight quickly?
for example just eating smaller portions like salads for dinner everyday and such.. is there a real big problem with losing weight quickly in the long run?
ive lost weight like that before but nothings bad ever happened atleast that i know of...

Well, one thing is to "lose weight", an another is to get "fit and healthy". If you eat less that what your body need to be alive, you will lose weight, fat and muscle, but you don't want to lose muscle, just fat...that's why you don't want to go into little salads and juices, cause you will go into "storage mode", this means your body will notice it doesn't receive what it needs and will begin to store everything, and your metabolism will slow down. That's why people who do "diets" will gain the weight back and more.., now they are eating again (as you can't keep a low carb diet forever) and their body metabolism is slower (so they gain weight faster).

You want change what you eat, not the amount. And add exercise, you will lose weight and build muscle and get fitter and healthier.
